Terms and Conditions
Retreat Bookings
A deposit of $500 is required to secure your place at a retreat.
Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the retreat commencement date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund, less a $200 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 2 months of the retreat start date are non-refundable but you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person at any time, provided you notify us prior to the retreat.
In the event that flights are cancelled or government-imposed travel restrictions prevent attendance, we will endeavor to reschedule the retreat to another suitable date.

Workshop Bookings
Workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable.
Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

Additional Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone retreats and workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, low numbers, illness, weather events, or force majeure.
If a retreat or workshop is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a credit toward a future event.
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Dietary requirements and health conditions must be advised in advance.
Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or extreme weather events.
